Hi Folks,

Just wanted to share my excitement when I came down to find out that one of my anubias had flowered. I didn't realize that it is a flower until i took a closer look.

Looks great, using co2 in the tank? is the neon with the crooked back still in that tank? My first sign that spring was back, was my allergies hit full force from the pollen.

Thanks HN1!
HSD: Yes, co2 injection. The crooked-back neon is very much alive =) I still hope to see your shrimp tank someday =) Are you going to be at the next meeting btw?

I'll be there, give me a call and we can figure out something for that 20g tank.

Wow, very beautiful tank. What lighting are you using?

Thanks Dave. I have Coralife 4x65w @6700k - 8 hours light daily on the tank but am thinking of swapping it out with the one you just bought. PC bulbs are expensive.

Bah, I was hoping you were using HO's, it's a very clean natural looking light like you have. Was hoping to follow your example and replace my 12000k HO with whatever you had :)

Very nice setup. That's alot of light but you have the algae under control it looks like. Is that a 55 gallon?
I am in the process of deciding to swap my PC setup for t5 as well.

Actually one of the bulbs went of so i've been running at 3x65W instead of 4 for probably 6 months now. Yes, it's a 55g.
I also have a window that partially gives it direct sunlight for about an hour during the day.
It turns out pretty good so far. I am just going to keep it this way for now.
