I have a breeding pair of angels. they have spawned 3 times thid yr really successfully. the female has become very lethargic and the male is tryin to coax her on. she looks to be full of eggs or some kinda prob. the water is basically perfect, maybe a lil soft. is there anything i can do? she is eating a lil but fins are clamping. not a good sign. any help would be apppreciated.

i would bet it has a bacterial infection, or hexamita. a parasite. Angels are bad about getting Hex...Have you added any new fishes?
My suggestion would be starting a medicated food, or start antibiotics, and metrodonitazole...(SPelling). metro was what we always used when i was at the fish store

How old is the fish? Try giving her green peas to help digestion?

Unfortunately, sometimes fish who seems healthy suddenly lose their health. If you have more than one fish who is no doing well, then most likely there is something in your water that is out of balance ( including bacteria etc.). I always do a major WC in that case (80%+) I heard that some top angel breeders do even a 95% (like the angels are on their side flapping) WC.
