I always recommend getting there at 10:00AM. That way you have time to look at what is on the tables and start making a game plan on what you want to bid on. Also you get first dibs on what you want to put priority stickers on! I found I would miss things going up to the auction block if I got there late at 11 or 12 because I was scrambling to see what was on the tables at the same time.

Just got the auction posted and announced on www.plantedtank.net

Waiting to hear back from Marlon/ARC to see where I'm allowed to post a AAAA announcement on their forums with out stepping on any toes. As soon as he lets me know I will post on there as well.

We have also handed out A LOT of flyers to our customers =)

Is there a cut off time for registration of fish to sale? Also, we can not bring our fish until the day of the auction, since we are driving in from Alabama.

It's best if you pre register your fish online, otherwise I think until 11 am on Sunday you can register(but there will be a line, much easier online.)

Everyone is bringing their fish on Sunday, since we're only renting the room then.

Btw, can buyitnow items be registered online?

There is no cutoff time. Registration will continue after the auction commences. However, it does not need to be done on-site. You can pre-register your bags online before you leave home, and label all the bags before you arrive. That is a big time saver: walk in, deposit your bags on the tables, and you are ready to go.

It's a FAR piece for me. I'll pack a gallon of water (for me) and head on over.
