Premier Aquatics - NEW Seachem Tidal Filters!!!

The New Seachem Tidal Filters are here!!!

We just got the first shipment in this week. We are beyond excited for this filter! Being made by Sicce the design and build quality is exactly what you would expect from the Italian manufacturer.

These filters run actual media such as Seachem Matrix and not cartridges like most HOB filters on the market. So not only are the Tidal filters more cost effective and efficient, you will be running a more natural filtration for your aquarium. No "cartridge scheme" here!

And I dare say that this is finally an option that will compete with the legendary AquaClear filters!

    - Adjustable Flow!
    - Surface skimmer that actually works!
    - Comes with Seachem Matrix included
    - Basket Design for media with plenty of room to add more.
    + 5 Year Warranty on the pump/impeller!

Come check these out at the store and hit the link for more information...

How much do they cost? Do they come with any media?

    Pricing...

    Tidal 55 - $55.00
    Tidal 75 - $70.00
    Tidal 110 - $82.00

Yes they do come with media. The filters come with Seachem Matrix which is arguably the best biological media on the market today. As well as a foam filter pad. There is plenty of room in the filters to add more Matrix or any other media of choice like ChemPure, Purigen, Carbon, etc The basket design makes it very easy to remove the media and keep it contained in the proper place of the filter.

Yeah I'm excited to see the skimmer in action. This one should actually work very well unlike some of the designs out there that "float" and get clogged very easily. I'm going to open one up tomorrow so my employees can check it out and test it for themselves.

These look cool! I've often wondered why seachem didn't have any filters, yet so many media types!

I like the skimmer on it, and it has a clip for a heater!

Any idea how big the lip/gap is between the outlet and the filter box? I have an oceanic 40 tall and I had to modify an aquaclear 70 to be able to fit it. I'd like to use that 70 on another tank and try the tidal on this one but curious if it needs modding too. The top of the oceanic frame on this tank is at least 1/2" maybe even 3/4"
