Another opportunity to get in the water with some native fishes!

I have another opportunity for y'all (and I need some help collecting for this one)! Next weekend s the Yellow River Jam in Porterdale, GA. For the past several years NANFA has had a table at this event where we set up our aquarium (thanks Keith) and show the folks some of the fishes that live in the Yellow River. This is a great outreach event and we are usually pretty popular with lots of people stopping by to see the fish and talk to us. Its also a great collecting opportunity. We have seen a lot of very cool fish and on at least one occasion collected something scientifically significant.

We will collect fishes at a nearby location at 8:30 or 9:00 (depending on when everyone is able to be there) and then will take everything upstream a bit to set up our table/aquarium. Y'all are certainly welcome to come to any/all of this (its kind of an all day thing), but I mostly need help with collecting in the morning and maybe a little bit of help setting up (so you don't really have to stay all day).

Please contact me if you are interested in joining us and I will give you the specifics.
